February 3 – Major U.S. Wireless Telco to Upgrade to MDSI’s Next-Generation Advantex Wireless Workforce Management Software

 MDSI Mobile Data Solutions Inc.’s next-generation Advantex™ Telecommunications wireless workforce management software has been attracting the attention of the telecommunications industry.  According to MDSI, one enterprise has contracted the upgrade.

 MDSI’s Advantex solution provides a seamless means to schedule appointments by matching a customer’s request with the available mobile resources thus ensuring the fastest response time.
