a newly formed company based in New York, is planning to develop a number
of mobile technology ventures focused on wireless internet applications.
The
organization is led by some of the most experienced executives in the
industry, such as Omnipoint co-founder Mark Caron, and has attracted
investment from a wide range of respected sources, including i-Hatch, the
investment vehicle of former Bertelsmann Online President and CEO Chip
Austin. MobileSpring will incubate a number of companies over the course
