Braun Consulting Announces Strategy to Deliver Wireless CRM Solutions

Braun Consulting, Inc. announced its strategy to help clients implement and deliver wireless initiatives to enhance their customer relations. The firm’s strategy aims to capitalize on the growth of the convergence of the wireless and the Internet market to help clients reach their customers through the delivery of targeted marketing messages and personalized content, within their existing business models.

Leveraging its CRM tools, Braun will assist its clients

To explore wireless opportunities to increase customer loyalty
To develop mobile solutions for both internal and external constituents, including field service and field sales offerings to support mobile workforces
To deploy technologies for creating personal, targeted marketing campaigns

In addition, Braun announced that it has entered a partnership with NetMorf, a mobile commerce platform provider. Under the terms of the agreement, Braun will expand its portfolio of solutions to incorporate NetMorf’s SiteMorfer™ solution, a complete mobile commerce platform that integrates directly with a company’s information systems to deliver wireless access across most mobile devices, regardless of platform.
