Knowledge Anywhere Launches Next Generation Corporate Training Technology

Following the success of its on-line training system, Quest, Knowledge Anywhere has launched its mobile version, Mobile Quest.

Mobile Quest utilizes WAP technology to allow organizations to inform and test workers using their wireless phones, Palm Pilots, or PocketPCs. The information or quiz goes directly to their handsets and responses are logged into the company’s database.

How Mobile Quest Works

Using their Web-based device, a user would log onto their corporate learning system to serve up a short topic followed by a quiz. The user would complete the quiz by selecting the correct answers on their device, which are logged into the learning system database, and then receives immediate feedback on their handheld. In addition, a user can use Mobile Quest to view their training status, which modules they have completed and which modules are outstanding, and view new topics.

AT&T Wireless has been using Mobile Quest to send training information and quizzes to over 1,100 employees in the field.
