For Handspring Visor users, the combination of Browser-it and Thincom Portable Modem will enable them to view Web content as well as have the option of Browse-it "SnapShots" for offline viewing when wireless Web access is not available. Since Browser-it performs the necessary transformations on Web content before delivering it to the device, users will be able to access any Web site, not only sites that have been re-authored in XML or WML for mobile devices. Look this fall for PUMATECH’s upcoming Intellisync.com Web showcase which will include its Browse-it.
