The Company ‘s offering is a highly secure service for the purchase, delivery, and redemption of tickets or other value-bearing instruments over a wireless network. EncrypTix enables customers to purchase and take instant delivery of such value-bearing items as theatre tickets, gift certificates, and boarding passes into PDAs, handheld PCs and Internet-enabled mobile phones. In effect, the device becomes the actual value item and can be scanned by the vendor for verification.
