MobileInfo Comments and Advisory: Voice portals are becoming increasingly popular with a number of variations in implementation. Speech-recognition and text-to-speech translation technology has improved a great deal during the past few years.. Organizations should evaluate these solutions from several key perspectives - integration with current suite of AVR/Call Center infrastructure, integration with wireless/mobile applications and the web.
