HiddenMind Merges with AnyDevice To Integrate Mobile and Voice
Software
HiddenMind Technology Inc.
and AnyDevice, Inc. have announced plans to merge their areas of
expertise under the name HiddenMind.
The newly formed company will combine the expertise and
experience of both parent companies:
- HiddenMind Technology’s brings mobile services technology
optimized for a disconnected and distributed computing
environment
- AnyDevice supplies a mobile and voice platform that delivers
"write once and publish on many devices" architecture
for devices in a connected mode
Therefore, it is not surprising that the combined company –
HiddenMind – will offer an integrated mobile and voice software
platform for delivering ‘always available’ mobile services.
The HiddenMind Solution
- Integrated platform for wireless, voice and wired services for
use on current and future mobile devices
- Software generates mobile applications that function whether
connected or disconnected from the wireless network
- Browser-based devices in a connected mode are supported via
application code running on server
- Application code can run on native client on the device, thus
allowing the user to continue the task even if disconnected from
the network
- Information is wirelessly refreshed and updated once
reconnected to the network
HiddenMind’s comprehensive solution meets current and future
business requirements and protects enterprises from exposure to the
proliferation of new device types," explained Ken Tyra,
Chairman and CEO, HiddenMind.
HiddenMind’s executive team will consist of experienced
technology, sales, and business executives from both companies.
During the past year, the two parent companies have raised a total
of $41-million in equity investments, for the early stages of
financing.
