Mobileinfo Comments and Advisory: We welcome the introduction of AirPath 300 springboard module but CDPD networks are dying breed. Sierra Wireless, please shed old pricing models that depend on recovering R&D costs in 12 months. We believe that it is possible to manufacture (offshore) and sell a handheld modem for less than $100 US - that's our target price for this market to take off. Let us learn the easy way and not the hard way! Do not spend money on fat PR and marketing promotional costs that do not add value. Also cut out channels that do not add value in the final product delivery chain to the enterprise and consumer.  Rightly priced and well-designed products can get tremendous free publicity from consumers and the trade press.
