Apple Makes iSynch iPod through Handhelds & Bluetooth
Apple CEO Steve Jobs today announced a new application for the company's iPod handheld called
iSync that allows iPod users to share data between their handheld and a cell phone. The iSync software also works with .Mac, so that users can sync up address books, calendars, and other pieces of data among Mac-based devices. iSync boasts Bluetooth data connections for both handsets and desktops. Jobs also said that both Sony Ericsson and Cingular Wireless are working with Apple on developing iSync products and services.
