Film Festival on PDAs
The World's Smallest Film Festival' is an integral part of the overall CTIA show and as such will be widely promoted by them. The finalists in the various categories of the film festival will have their films screened at the show behind the daily keynote speakers (including Ted Turner, etc.) as each of the conference attendees starts their day; at a special 'The World's Smallest Film Festival' booth on the show floor (where viewers can vote for the films); or during a 4.5 hour symposium we are producing for invited media/technology executives and key influencers - cutting edge mobile video executives. This conference will allow participating companies a role in defining the future of mobile multimedia to a highly targeted and influential audience of creative and technology companies. You could set the standard in Ultrashort films (0 - 1 minute), and Feature films (1 - 7 minutes), with categories in Drama, Comedy, Episodic, Music, Instructional, Animation, Commercial, Sports. As this technology unfolds, your content could potentially be seen on hundreds of millions of handsets......not bad!
The World's Smallest Film Festival' promises to be a fascinating, high-visibility event situated precisely at the intersection of wireless technology and filmed media. If you are going to be at CTIA and are anywhere other than 'The World's Smallest Film Festival' , then you are missing the boat.
