Cognio Raises $12,500,000 in Second Round [Natick, MA] 
Cognio is developing "smart" wireless networks that make significant gains in performance, reliability, and control over conventional wireless networks.

M-Stream Raises $1,500,000 in First Round [Israel] 
M-Stream is an early stage wireless company developing technologies to enhance cellular communications. It has an R&D center in Kfar-Saba, Israel.
INVESTORS: Applied Materials Ventures, Broadcom

BayPackets, a communications software provider in Fremont, California , today announced a $21+ million C round of funding.
INVESTORS:  TL Ventures and Investcorp, with a strategic investment from Intel Capital.
Baypackets provides voice solutions over cable.
