Second Round [Watertown, MA]
ArcStream is a wireless consulting firm that develops solutions for mobile professionals. Company offerings include strategy consulting, systems development and integration.

3. Berkana Wireless Raises $2,800,000 in Second Round Add-on [Campbell, CA]
Berkana Wireless is a fabless semiconductor company that provides CMOS RF solutions for cellular applications.
Investors: Miramar Venture Partners (Lead), Authosis, Hansol Capital, ICCP Venture Partners, KTB Ventures, PTI Ventures, Storm Ventures
4. General Wireless, a provider of mobile messaging products to mobile operators and enterprises, today announced it has secured additional funding. The funding is led by venture capital firms Argnor Wireless Ventures and Företagsbyggarna. The funds will be used for its international expansion.
