1. Magnolia Broadband Raises $6,000,000 in Third Round [Clinton, NJ] 
Magnolia Broadband is a fabless semiconductor company developing radio frequency solutions for cellular companies. INVESTORS: SCP Private Equity Partners (Lead), Draper Fisher Jurvetson Gotham, ECentury Capital Partners, Others, Selway Partners

2. Appairent Technologies Receives Investment [West Henrietta, NY] 
Appairent provides wireless modules, chips and protocol stackware. INVESTORS: Motorola Ventures, Trillium Group

3. InPhonic Gets 56 Million
InPhonic provides wireless voice and data communication solutions to enterprises, online businesses, national retailers and end-users - a complete outsourced solution that enables them to offer wireless devices and services to their end-users. INVESTOR: Technology Crossover Ventures 

4. AppForge Raises $8.3 Million in New Financing
Appforge product set offers solutions to wireless application developers, manufacturers of smart phones and PDAs, wireless carriers and consumers. 

Investors include The Grosvenor Funds, Council Ventures, and Tim Draper
