Vancouver, British Columbia - September 16, 2003 - In Motion Technology Inc. ("InMotion") - an innovator in passenger area networking solutions, today announced
that it has entered into an agreement with Rosedale Livery Limited - Canada's largest executive transportation provider - to introduce the company's onBoard HotSpot service to Rosedale limousine passengers.

"Rosedale is the Canadian leader in corporate transportation," said Kirk Moir, President of In Motion Technology. "We are pleased to be working in partnership with them to serve the need of their customers. The new service will allow passengers" to simply and effectively access the Internet, check email, and log into corporate networks while traveling in Rosedale's onBoard HotSpot equipped vehicles."

MobileInfo Comments and Advisory: Extending
Wi-Fi like connection to passenger trains and to limousines gives
busy executives an opportunity to stay connected to their offices.
This makes them more productive. What we would like to see is
seamless roaming between fixed line network, Wi-Fi hot spots and 3G
networks. Technology for this available from many vendors. What you
need are roaming agreements, single user interface and well-tested
network handoffs, without user doing a lot except the user clicking
to indicate his/her agreement to pay for the new service.
Inmotiontechnology is on the right track - may be on the right limo
to drive itself to the destination. We are afraid the final say will
be from the carriers.
