BASIS Partners with Defywire to Provide Wireless Mobility Solution to Customers
September 2003 - BASIS, Inc., a systems integrator specializing in deployment of Sun Microsystems® products and other technologies, and Defywire, Inc., a leading wireless middleware provider, today announced a new strategic partnership between the two companies to extend wireless solutions to BASIS customers through both Defywire Mobility Suite® and Picotop™

Defywire Mobility Suite, Defywire's flagship product, extends the enterprise by providing mobile employees with reliable, secure, real-time wireless access to corporate information systems. Picotop Mail, built on the Mobility Suite platform, is an enterprise email, calendar, contact and employee information system for wireless devices and can be purchased separately or as part of Defywire Mobility Suite.
