Princeton, N.J, April 17, 2000--Nettech Systems and Icras, Inc. today announced software development and OEM license agreements that will lead to the expansion of wireless data applications for Icras' DataRover 840 handheld devices and complementary software platform.

Under the agreements, Nettech will create versions of its ExpressQ mobile middleware products for the Icras software platform and the DataRover 840 handheld device, enabling third-party application providers to create mobile solutions. Icras, in turn, will bundle Nettech's mobile middleware and third-party mobile applications with the Icras platforms to provide wireless solutions for its customers.

The partnership was forged to enable third-party developers to quickly and inexpensively create and deploy Nettech-enabled wireless solutions for Icras' handheld systems. Nettech's mobile middleware solution is a key component of these solutions, providing connectivity, optimizing performance and offering advanced features so that developers can create flexible and powerful wireless applications.
