Richmond, BC, December, 2000 - Digital Dispatch Systems Inc. of Richmond, British Columbia has signed a deal worth approximately CDN $2 Million-dollars with Big Apple Car Inc./Cloverdale Car, one of the largest and oldest black car companies in the New York City area. The Big Apple Car/Cloverdale Car purchase includes the highly functional, in-vehicle GDT890 mobile data terminal along with the new state-of-the-art customized dispatching software, Pathfinder. This will be Digital Dispatch's first
installation of Pathfinder in North America.

Mr. Vari Ghai, President of Digital Dispatch expressed, "We look forward to introducing our latest dispatching system into North America. What makes it especially significant, is the fact that we will be working with one of the most established black car companies in New York." 
 
Mr. Moe Bronchtein, Senior Vice President MIS/Computer & Electronic Technologies of Big Apple Car/ Cloverdale Car, explained, "We have been looking for a mobile data dispatching system for close to 10 years and have never found anything in the market that has met our needs and that has had the capabilities of a Digital Dispatch system. After careful consideration and investigation of all the available systems on the market, no system compared to Pathfinder. I look forward to developing this black-car software package along with Digital Dispatch's fine engineers." 
 
Big Apple Car/Cloverdale Car will be utilizing Digital Dispatch's GPS Dispatching (also known as Closest Car Dispatching) technology where Pathfinder automatically dispatches the optimum car for every job, resulting in more trips per car, lower service time and increased customer satisfaction.
