iMedeon's iM:Field is a Web-based application. It is a wirelessly enabled mobile client of the iM:Workforce suite of products and it works in conjunction with iM:Workcenter.  With iM:Field, your field people can maintain constant, two-way communication with corporate enterprise applications, including Customer Relationship Management, Work Management, Outrage/Network Management Systems, Customer Information Systems and most front and back office systems.

iM:Work is a Web-based work execution system tailored to the utilities, field services, telecommunications, transportation and oil and gas industries. It is the point of contact that ties your office personnel with the systems, people and work activities that drive your business. iM:Work encompasses iM:Workcenter and iM:Workforce and iM:Portal.
