Nettech Systems Broadens its Services as it Transforms to Broadbeam Corporation

To reflect its new mission of a broader range of wireless software products and services, Nettech Systems announced that it has renamed the company Broadbeam Corporation. Broadbeam will continue to offer its development platform and professional services that enable businesses to deploy wireless systems quickly and easily. 

This coincides with the company's announcement that it now offers comprehensive wireless hosting services. Broadbeam's move into wireless hosting services, or, namely, as a wireless ASP, will especially benefit those small to medium size businesses that lack the resources and expertise to deploy wireless systems; these companies will now be able to rent a range of wireless applications.

Broadbeam's wireless hosting services offer customers, the following: 

• Messaging development platform is the foundation on which all of Broadbeam's hosting solutions are built. It enables companies to deliver enterprise and Internet-based information via wireless devices. The platform provides the functionality and support required for the latest networks and technologies.

• A range of sophisticated applications, allowing customers to choose those that meet their needs

• Numerous wireless carriers and network options, allowing customers to find a solution that best meets their present and future needs.

Nextair Corporation, TrackYourTruck.com and PeopleSoft CRM are presently taking advantage of Broadbeam's current limited hosting services. Its full production hosting service, which will include wireless access server hosting and wireless application hosting in conjunction with Quest Communications as an ISP, will be available in September.
