InPhonic Launches Wireless Enterprise Solutions’ Division

Competitive pressures coupled with a mounting economic downturn will pressure corporations to seek out methods to enhance productivity and efficiency. According to InPhonic, Inc., providing employees with wireless access to corporate data and services appears to be a logical reaction to these demands. To provide their clients with the necessary tools, InPhonic has launched its new Wireless Enterprise Solutions Division.

The new division will enable InPhonic’s carriers and enterprise partners to leverage its wireless capabilities and solutions to create closed private wireless networks that extend enterprise data and e-business solutions to the mobile worker, the company said.

Through its new division, InPhonic will be able to scale wireless solutions for both medium and large organizations so that they can extend their communication channels to all their stakeholders – employees, customers and members.

Wireless Networks may include the following:

Private-labeled wireless services portal
Personal and enterprise data access
Device-neutral communication (phone/PDA)
Broadcast and narrowcast messaging
Mobile commerce platform
Content optimization and delivery
Voice portal services

In addition, professional mobile commerce consulting services will be provided to assist enterprises in the development of their mobile strategies.
