o2Wireless Aims to Enhance Reputation via Acquisitions

In an effort to meet the demands of its clientele for technological expertise and comprehensive solutions, the integrated service provider o2Wireless Solutions, Inc. has acquired Young & Associates and HAF Limited, each bringing with their own experience and expertise of the wireless industry.

Young & Associates

San Diego-based Young & Associates targets wireless telecommunications providers and offers a range of services from site location analysis to site acquisition, through to construction management. The consulting firm's list of clients includes Nextel, Sprint, VoiceStream, and Verance.

HAF Limited

HAF Limited, an international consulting firm, services clients in both broadband and wireless networks. Areas of expertise include 3G, Fixed TEL, Internet, GSM, DCS, CATV and broadband wireless. Additional areas of consultation include market analysis, technical analysis, and network design.

According to Mike Riley, president and chief operating officer of o2Wireless, these acquisitions will further enhance the service and expertise that the company can offer its customers and also expand its global presence.
