NEWS ACQUISITIONS, MERGERS & AGREEMENTS PointServe Acquires Brazen to Add Wireless Mobile Workforce Management System PointServe, of Austin, Texas, announced that it has acquired Brazen Software, Inc., of Evergreen, Colorado, in a move to bring it closer to its realization of its Global Economic Optimization strategy. Brazen’s flagship FLEETCOMM™ Workforce Management System, an automated wireless system for mobile workforce management, will become a key component of PointServe’s strategy. The Texan company’s economic optimization solutions are intended to facilitate the opportunity for increased revenue, improved customer service, and reduced operating costs, just to name a few.
