Nextel Introduces New Email Retrieval Service

Nextel announced an alliance with Etrieve Inc. to provide wireless service with the ability to retrieve corporate email, calendar and contact information via voice or text. The service, which is currently available, is offered in both individual and corporate versions, supports Microsoft Exchange and Outlook, Lotus Notes, POP3- and IMAP4- based email. Nextel users can also print their e-mail and attachments through a fax machine using their mobile phones.
