traq will provide FirstEnergy with its Analysis Package and support services for centralized management of its wireless assets, users and expenses. The Analysis Package is an interactive, Web-based application that offers FirstEnergy a single control point for all wireless devices and their associated costs. It is the first enterprise application that assists companies with simplifying the multiple facets of wireless, from organizing the user community to optimizing plans within a client's preferred carrier.
