Veratium’s Wireless Software Supports PocketPC 2002 Platform
Veratium Software Ltd. has
announced that its MOTIVUS Enterprise Server software supports
the Microsoft PocketPC 2002 platform. Now users of the PocketPC 2002
powered devices will be able to securely access files, folders,
e-mails, and e-mail attachments residing on their desktop.
With this added functionality of PocketPC 2002, Veratium’s
MOTIVUS Enterprise Server will "provide enterprise users with
the most secure, reliable and robust real-time access to business
critical information from anywhere," said Phil Calvin,
president and CEO of the Vancouver-based software developer.
Enterprises can also take advantage of the VPN technology within
the latest PocketPC platform providing them a secure, scaleable and
manageable communications protocol, Mr. Calvin added.

Recently, Veratium expanded MOTIVUS’ access to include
Microsoft Project files and Microsoft Access databases. The new
version also provides complete integration into Microsoft Outlook
including calendar, contacts, tasks and notes.
